I have always equated going to an auto mechanic to going to a dentist. Lots of pain.....My experience at Tri Tower was the most "painless" ever! Mary, with a beautiful smile on her face, greeted me and made me feel at home. Her husband, Marty, the head mechanic, was the same way. I explained my problem with the car, he did a thorough inspection and gave his expert diagnosis and recommendations. No pressure or sales pitch, just the facts. I felt safe, and in good hands. It was a totally different experience than other times spent at a garage. I drove away happy and very satisfied that the job had been done correctly.
